Portal is about to capture a mathematical representation of your face (a face embedding) and store it alongside your portal key.

What is collected:

A numeric vector derived from your facial geometry. No photograph is retained.

How it is used:

To verify your identity automatically during future portal sessions. Your embedding is stored securely and is never shared with other users.

Retention and deletion:

Your biometric data is retained until your portal key is revoked or you request deletion. Contact the portal administrator to delete your data at any time.
